Parents play a vital role in the all-round development of their children. A.S.A.S.V.M. School seeks active cooperation from parents to create a supportive and disciplined environment both at school and home.
1. Attendance & Punctuality
Ensure that your child attends school regularly and arrives on time.
Leave of absence should be applied for in writing.
Continuous absence without prior intimation for more than 10 days may lead to cancellation of admission.
Students must not be taken away during school hours except for genuine reasons.
2. Uniform & Discipline
Ensure your child wears the prescribed school uniform neatly and properly every day.
Encourage discipline, respect for teachers, and good behavior in and outside school premises.
Any damage to school property must be compensated by the student.
3. Homework & Academics
Supervise your child’s homework and ensure regular study habits.
Take an active interest in your child’s progress and attend parent-teacher meetings.
Provide a quiet and positive environment for learning at home.
4. Communication with School
All communication to the school should be made through the school diary or by email.
Please keep the school informed of any change in address or contact number.
Parents should meet teachers only during the scheduled visiting hours or PTMs.
5. Health & Hygiene
Inform the school immediately if your child is suffering from any infectious disease.
Ensure personal cleanliness, proper diet, and sufficient rest for your child.
Avoid sending a sick child to school.
6. Fees & School Rules
Pay all school dues on time as per the fee schedule.
Read all circulars, notices, and updates sent by the school regularly.
Cooperate with the school in enforcing discipline and maintaining academic excellence.
7. Digital & Social Conduct
Encourage responsible use of mobile phones and the internet.
Monitor online activities to ensure a safe digital environment for your child.
Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or electronic gadgets to school.
8. General Guidelines
Parents are requested not to enter classrooms during school hours.
Avoid criticizing teachers or the school in front of your child.
Promote honesty, punctuality, and respect for elders as part of daily life.
