Guidelines for Students

At A.S.A.S.V.M. School, students are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior, responsibility, and respect. These guidelines are designed to help every student grow into a confident, disciplined, and caring individual.
1. Attendance & Punctuality
Be regular and punctual to school and all classes.
Attend the morning assembly every day in proper uniform.
Leave of absence must be submitted in writing, signed by parents.
Students missing school for long periods without reason may lose their admission.
2. Discipline & Conduct
Show respect to teachers, staff, elders, and classmates at all times.
Maintain silence and order in classrooms, library, corridors, and assembly.
Always behave politely, both inside and outside the school premises.
Use decent language — avoid shouting, fighting, or any rude behavior.
3. Uniform & Appearance
Wear the complete, clean, and prescribed school uniform every day.
Keep shoes polished and hair neatly combed.
Ornaments, fancy hairstyles, and makeup are not allowed.
On sports or activity days, wear the house uniform as instructed.
4. Academic Responsibility
Come prepared for all subjects with proper books, notebooks, and stationery.
Complete all classwork and homework regularly and neatly.
Take care of textbooks and school materials.
Copying or cheating in tests or exams is strictly prohibited.
5. Respect for School Property
Treat all school property — furniture, walls, and books — with care.
Do not write or scratch on desks, walls, or library books.
Any damage must be reported to the teacher and paid for by the student.
6. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Keep your classroom and school campus neat and clean.
Use dustbins for waste and encourage others to keep the school tidy.
Maintain personal hygiene — clean nails, proper grooming, and neat uniform.
Save water and electricity whenever possible.
7. Behavior During School Hours
Walk quietly in line while moving between classes.
Do not leave the classroom without permission from the teacher.
Be attentive and sincere during lessons.
Greet teachers and guests politely.
8. Mobile Phones & Gadgets
Carrying mobile phones, cameras, or electronic gadgets is not allowed.
Any such items found will be confiscated and disciplinary action will follow.
9. Participation & Leadership
Take part actively in sports, cultural events, and co-curricular activities.
Represent the school with discipline, respect, and teamwork.
Volunteer for school activities to develop leadership and confidence.
10. Transport & Safety
Follow all bus safety rules if you use school transport.
Do not lean out of bus windows or play while traveling.
Respect the driver and staff members at all times.
11. Digital & Moral Responsibility
Use the internet responsibly for learning purposes only.
Never share personal information online or post inappropriate content.
Be truthful, kind, and fair in all your actions — whether in person or online.
12. Personal Development
Be honest, hardworking, and humble in all your pursuits.
Learn from mistakes and always strive to improve.
Respect the school’s reputation — your conduct reflects your character.
